Shipping, Exchanges & Returns Policies
Shipping
We use USPS Flat Rate for all our shipping. We currently do not ship via FedEx or UPS. Prices are determined by the carrier. Shipping times for Priority Mail Flat Rate range from 1-3 days.
Unless otherwise noted, our items are made to order. Therefore, it can take 1-3 weeks to ship your order, depending on the size of the order and where you are in the production queue. We make every effort to produce and ship your order in a timely fashion.
Exchanges
We will gladly accept exchanges if the following conditions are met:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery.
- Ship item back within 7 days of delivery.
- Item and packaging must be in new, unopened condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange custom or personalized items, sale items, or items that have been damaged.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Returns
We do accept returned items under the following conditions:
- Contact within 5 business days of delivery.
- Ship item back within 7 days of delivery.
- Item and packaging must be in new, unopened condition.
You (the buyer) are responsible for return shipping for exchanges and returns. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any value loss.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange custom or personalized items, sale items, or items that have been damaged.
Items that have been damaged in transit or show manufacturer defects may be returned. Please contact us before returning.
Cancellations
Order cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase.
