Like the iron works it's named after, the KIW Rugged Leather Belt is strong, durable, and rugged.
During the 19th Century, thousands of Mainers worked at the Katahdin Iron Works, producing iron products for much of New England. Taking inspiration from those hardworking folks, we created our KIW belt. Made with Acadia Leather's Bridle vegetable tanned leather, the KIW belt will stand the test of time.
Hand cut to order, and featuring brass Chicago screws and buckle, each belt is stamped with the Acadian logo, yet retains a unique look.
- 1.5" wide strap with end keeper
- Hand cut strips of beautiful bridle leather from Tasman Leather Group in Kentucky, USA.
- Edges finished, burnished, and conditioned by hand.
The KIW belt features five adjustment holes spaced an inch apart to accommodate fluctuations in size over time.
To find the best size for you, measure your current belt from the bend of the leather at the buckle to the hole you currently use. It will not likely match your pant size, but don't worry...this is a more accurate measurement. Your belt size is that measurement in inches.
